Had some leftover canned pineapples and cherries....so made an upside down cake. Here goes:

1 tsp pineapple essence
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped pineapple pieces
For The Garnish1 cup pineapple slices
1/2 cup cherries , deseeded and halved
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
